Role of Tiravya
Tiravya Global Trade LLP operates as a trade facilitator and commission-based commercial intermediary. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Tiravya does not manufacture, purchase, sell, stock, own, transport, insure, inspect or finance the goods being traded and does not act as the importer or exporter of record.
Responsibility of the parties
All commercial contracts, invoices, payments and statutory responsibilities remain between the relevant buyer, seller, importer, exporter and appointed authorised professionals.
No guarantee
Information, verification and coordination provided by Tiravya support commercial decision-making and do not constitute a guarantee of product quality, payment, regulatory approval, customs clearance, delivery or transaction completion.
Commission and expenses
Tiravya works primarily on an outcome-based commission model with no upfront professional fees. Commission terms are defined in writing before work begins. Approved external costs—such as inspections, laboratory testing, legal work, travel, certification or courier charges—are disclosed separately before they are incurred.
